Access to waterside arts. Our hotel was 17 minutes drive away from airport. A 10-minute walk will take you to Alfresco, where you can eat. A good base for exploring Sale.

Loved how we got 2 adjoining room for our family- 2 parents & 2 kids.V nice hotel with character.Plenty of parking.Staff helpful..Lovely park nearby & close to Tram line.

The hotel was lovely really spacious room and nice and clean. Staff were really helpful. The couple that own it were helpful and great at recommending places to eat and which team to catch etc.The weekend was fantastic value for money and we are definately going to stay there again. Breakfast was tasty. All in all great Hotel thanks you.

found 7 body hairs in bed, wasn't sure if sheets had been changed so slept in clothes. Carpet in bathroom so i kept shoes on. buffet breakfast far too simple.

Nothing, it was a great family run hotel to stay at.

I found it friendly. The room we stayed in was No 10 and was quite spacious with modern facilities.The breakfast on the Sunday morning was excellent.

We mentioned to the receptiion lady that new pillows were required and am sure they would have supplied us with replacements had we asked at the time.The staircase leading up to room 10 badly needs some lighting as it is quite dark and somewhat steep and could be a hazzard to safety. The reception lady thanked us for pointing these out to her and promised to rectify them.

Lovely hotel, would recommend the full english breakfast, fabulous! staff friendly & helpful, rooms & ensuite comfortable & clean, would definately stay again :-)

The hotel was very good all the staff were very polite and attentive nothing to much trouble for them. The fact that we had our dog with us and he was made to feel welcome added to the hotels friendliness. As we had not stayed in that part of Manchester before the location was just what we wanted as family had just moved to Sale and were infact just minutes away from the hotel. We will deffinitly be using the hotel again when we go to Manchester.

I had another very comfortable stay in the Lennox Lea. What I like about the hotel is that it is very quiet and comfortable and only a short tram ride into the city.

It is a really comfortable hotel situated in a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean. Breakfast (we choose continental) was good and the staff was really nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

We booked a twin bedded room but there was a mix up with the booking and we ended up having to share a double bed. We weren't really bothered and we got a second duvet after requesting one.

Cosy and quite atmosphere in this traditionnal family run hotel. Ideal for a stay in the Manchester area without been in the middle of the busy city center. 20 mn from airport and Old trafford. Room had everything one needs. Perfect full engish breakfast. I recommend without hesitation+++
